To allow AppVeyor to create an Release on GitHub you must create a New personal access token for public_repo (when used with public repositories). You should encrypt the token by using the Encrypt data tool from AppVeyor.

To force GitHub to refresh an image:

curl -X PURGE {url of cached image}

Replace, in the URL of the GitHub repository, github.com with github.dev.

Example: https://github.com/epeios-q37/atlas-python becomes https://github.dev/epeios-q37/atlas-python
