The Epeios Meta Mail User Agent GUI frontends ('mmuaqxdh')

All the GUI frontends are based on one and only component : /frontend/XDHTML/[lib]mmuaqxdh.(so|dll). This frontend is based on the XDHTML technology.

Depending from your frontends configuration, you may have to launch the backend before any of the frontend. With the default configuration files, this should not be necessary, as the frontend will directly load the library corresponding to the backend.

With the desktop interface, by selecting Backend on 'q37.info', you will be connected to the same backend as the one used for the online demonstration.

To launch this component as GNU/Linux/MacOS/Windows GUI desktop interface, you have to use the xdhcefq tool as following :

• For GNU/Linux and Windows :
  • In a console, go to the frontend directory,
  • Launch :
    • for GNU/Linux : xdhcefq/xdhcefq -m=XDHTML/mmuaqxdh,
    • for Windows : xdhcefq\xdhcefq.exe -m=XDHTML\mmuaqxdh,
• For MacOS, please follow above link about xdhcefq.

For GNU/Linux/MacOS/Windows :

• In a console, go to the frontend directory,
• Launch :
  • for GNU/Linux and MacOS : xdhbrwq/xdhbrwq XDHTML/mmuaqxdh,
  • for Windows : xdhbrwqx\xdhbrwq.exe XDHTML\mmuaqxdh.
